1. I am quite satisfied that when I was giving my order of the 31st October, I was making it with reference to the subtenants in occuption at that time. Definitely that was my judgment and it is of interest to note that some time before the 9th December, I had asked, through my clerk, that the solicitors of the landlord should supply me with a list of all subtenants of the promises and on the 3rd December I received the list.
