1.1 On 5 March 2019 we dismissed the defendant’s appeal in CACV 431/2018 and gave our reasons on 27 March 2019. We ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiffs the costs of this appeal. On the same date we also gave our judgment in CACV 338/2018 and dismissed the plaintiffs’ appeal. We ordered the plaintiffs to pay the defendant the costs of this appeal.

1.2 Both parties applied to vary the costs order.
