HKEx Clarifies Certain Rule Requirements For Listed Issuers

On 28 November 2008, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited

(HKEx) published the Frequently Asked Questions on Rule

Requirements relating to Notifiable Transactions, Connected

Transactions and Issues of Securities by Listed Issuers (FAQs).

In the FAQs, the HKEx sets out interpretive guidance on the

provisions in Chapter 14 (Notifiable Transactions), Chapter 14A

(Connected Transactions) and Chapter 13 (Continuing Obligations -
